I am a Fool. I go to extremes in everything, hold nothing of myself back. I think and say and do things others don't, won't or can't -- and often for good reason. In the recent discussion of sacrifices made by those who are god-bothered, Sannion says here what most of us aren't willing to say, but that makes it no less true.

EDIT: No, I am not trying to imply that if the gods don't talk to you, They must hate you. And I don't think that's what Sannion is saying, either. But his points bear consideration by everyone, whether you have a "godphone" or not. After all, things can always change, no matter who and what you are.
